Odisseia Azul – Centro de Divergulho (Blue Odyssey – Diving Center) began operations on June 10, 2003, its inauguration being the culmination of a dream more than a decade in the making. After several years, the opportunity arose to satisfy friends, clients, and divers in general. The spirit of Odisseia Azul is to ensure that all leisure time is spent within a family that shares the same pleasure, the same spirit of adventure, and above all, friendship; this is evident in our diving trips and the courses we teach. Since 2010, we have had our facilities (PADI 5* Diving Center) in the beautiful village of Sesimbra, considered by all to be the "Mecca" of diving in Portugal. In 2016, some changes were made to improve the well-being of our clients, such as the expansion of changing rooms and a classroom for our students, and an upgrade to a PADI Dive Resort 5 stars. Without a doubt, this is where all divers converge throughout the year to satisfy their diving pleasure. Sheltered practically year-round and with its coast facing south, it is protected from the summer northerly winds, only being exposed to winds from the southern quadrant.
