Liga-Dura

Liga-Dura - Associação de Desporto, Cultura, Espetáculo e Conhecimento (Liga-Dura - Association of Sport, Culture, Entertainment and Knowledge) is a nautical club based in Melres, Gondomar, with over 25 years of activity, strongly linked to canoeing and the promotion of the sport within the community.

The association develops training and sports initiation programs, accompanying athletes from the youngest categories to competition, regularly participating in regional and national competitions. In addition to the sporting aspect, it also promotes cultural and community initiatives, reinforcing its active role in local social development.

With its headquarters in Melres and a nautical station on the Douro River, the club has established itself as a benchmark in the development of canoeing and community life in the municipality of Gondomar.
