Kook Proof Activity Center has been in Esposende since 2004, when its founder started operations there. Strongly linked to kitesurfing, he was the main driving force behind the activity in the area, being one of the pioneers of the sport. Kook Proof Nautical Center has evolved into a company specializing in nature-based sports activities, creating unique experiences through kitesurfing, surfing, paddleboarding, and mountain biking, among others. In kitesurfing, it is the only company in the northern region recognized by the International Kitesurfing Organization as meeting all international quality criteria. The company has all the necessary resources, and all instructors are certified, requiring a level of competence above average. It also has the only international examiner teaching from beginners to professional levels. In partnership with the best partners, it resells all types of nature-based activities in Esposende. Kook Proof also organizes kitesurfing, surfing, and yoga camps. Community integration itineraries include organized dinners, visits to emblematic locations, and various alternatives for when weather conditions are not ideal for certain sports.
