The Nautical Station is the central hub of work for the Vilacondense River Club. Located next to the Ave River, near the municipal swimming pools, it is where the training of athletes from the respective sections takes place. The canoeing section's gymnasium also operates here, serving as a storage facility for the rowing, canoeing, sailing, and underwater activities sections.

Fórum Oceano is the managing entity of the Portuguese Sea Cluster, certified and recognised by the Ministry of Economy and Sea, Ministry of National Defence, and Ministry of Planning and Infrastructure.
